Our engineering team is planning an upgrade on 16 September 2025 for your cloud environment. This upgrade involves the containerisation project, which has been a long-term effort to upgrade the infrastructure to deliver greater agility, scalability, security, improved maintenance, faster deployment cycles, and better resource optimisation.
During the infrastructure upgrade we will also be updating the software to the latest version - V3.25.1.0. You will automatically be on the new version once the upgrade is complete. Release notes will be shared separately. During maintenance window, you and your users will be unable to access the CIMAR platform.

Start Time: 23:00 BST
Duration: 4 hours
Impact: The platform may be unavailable to users during the maintenance window (outside of core business hours). Gateway services will remain operational to receive data; however, data uploads will be delayed until services are restored.
